Miku Miku Kagami

Scanning through my photobucket now to find some stuff I haven't posted here yet ^^;;;
Ah! Here's something from Lucky Star! It's Kagami cosplaying as Miku Hatsune, as seen in the Lucky Star OVA! She's usually called Miku Miku Kagami. I prefer calling her Kagamiku.

Kagami is my favorite girl from Lucky Star and... I had no idea who Miku Hatsune was when I watched the show, nor when I bought these figures. But if I was going to buy Kagami, it would be her cosplaying as Miku. It prevents me from wanting to buy the other figures in the series. I've enough figures lying around as it is T_T

Besides, Miku Hatsune's outfit is cool...

I first bought the Nendoroid. Actually, both were available from the same store and for some reason, the Nendoroid called out to me first.
This is the first (and maybe only) Nendoroid that I've bought. I always wonder why these things are so expensive...

Nendoroid Kagamiku comes with 3 faces: happy, sad, and uhmn... depressed (?) All of them have blushing cheeks that just makes her even more cuter than she already is.

She also comes with an assortment of hands and feet, and the leeks. I've no idea what the leeks are for, though. It must have something to do with Miku Hatsune.
You can rotate the hair around and move it closer or farther from her.

A stand is included. Without the stand, she cannot stand due to her big head and hair. Well, you can, but she falls down again eventually. For some reason, I've had difficulty using it when I have her in the running pose.

Next up is the Figma version, which I actually bought a week after the Nendoroid. In the end, I couldn't resist her ^^;;;

I've already a couple of Figmas lying around: Lelouch, Saber, Rin, and the whole SOS Brigade, so I know what I'm getting here.

Figma Kagamiku only has 2 faces: angry and uhmn... wondering, I suppose. Again, they all have blushing cheeks.
You're supposed to buy the original Kagami Figma to get more faces. But, I must resist!

Figma Kagamiku also has the 2 leaks and the typical Figma stand, which I really prefer to the Revoltech Fraulein ones - even if it means that the Figmas has a hole at the back.
Her hair also pretty much the same articulation as the Nendoroid version.

So there you have it. 2 figures of the same character in different formats.

You just have to admit, they are too cute to resist...
