Starting work on new Gunplas

On to new gunplas to build for the new year. I started on these 2 kits a while back and they've been taking much of my free time. Guess it's the last time I'll work on 2 kits simultanneously >_<

Above, I have some parts for the inner frame (Freedom on the left, Destiny on the right) all primed up and ready for painting. I prefer gluing kits since this makes for a sturdier model once it's completed. I also try to practice on removing the seamlines from the frame, since they get covered up if I do make a mistake :)

Hmmm... I ended up with more pics of Freedom. I guess that shows my bias :P
But, Destiny being the newer kit, I am more impressed with the details on the frame and I'm tempted to try and spice it up with some metallic paint to show off the details...
